Begin the Body Balance Living program by taking two rejuvenation tablets and two flush tablets in the morning and in the evening. Remember, herbs are cleansers. Your body may not be accustomed to releasing toxins and waste that have accumulating in the body for years. If too many tablets are taken, you may experience friendly diarrhea for a very short time.
Expect to eliminate more often than what you are accustomed to. This is a very good sign. It means the colon and large intestine are being cleansed.
A running nose and/or a white film around your stool means your body is throwing off excess mucus. When this happens, you will begin feeling a sense of well being in the head and the lungs areas. These cold-like symptoms are the result of the body cleansing itself. After cleaning for about three months colds and flu symptoms become a thing of the past.
Body Balance Living products repair and build the body slowly. Allow time for the herbs to work. Take the herbs faithfully until your supply is completed. It takes about a month for the herbs to completely infiltrate your blood stream.
You may experience gripping or cramping in the intestinal area. Impactions are being loosened from the walls of the intestine and colon. These sensations will cease as the wastes impurities are released from the body. This brief discomfort is nature taking its course ad will go away within a short period of time. The longer you take Body Balance Living products, the better you will feel.
You may become nauseous in the beginning of the program. This feeling of nausea is very rare and is a symptom of the herbs cleansing the stomach. These feelings usually disappear within hours.
Avoid eating foods that may cause constipation foods such as white flour, sugar, cheese and sweets. Also avoid eating foods that form mucus in the body such as milk and other dairy products.
BE SMART! Eat foods that have life in them such as, vegetables, raw or juiced fruits, whole grains, sprouts, raw nuts and seeds.
Some may experience hunger and fatigue the first week, but these feelings will subside as toxins and waste leave the body.
It takes about four weeks for the herbs to fully enter your system. After that time, your body will adjust to the herbs.
Taking the herbs six days a week and resting on the seventh day is good for system, but the rest day should be the same day each week.
Don’t forget to drink a full 8 oz. Glass of water or fresh squeezed juice with the herbs in order to put moisture into the herbs, if taken dry, the herbs cannot activate. Take the herbs separate from meals to avoid gas. Juices are an acceptable means of hydration. Never drink Milk! Always drink at least 8 oz glasses water of each day.
